We offer the ability to submit a customized Letter of Intent tailored to your needs.
Biproxi does have an online submission form for a Letter of Intent however to the extent you feel there needs to be more detail that is not covered by our standard fields a buyer can upload and submit their customized Letter of Intent directly to the listing broker.
To submit your custom Letter of Intent simply click on the "Make an Offer" tab and scroll down to the bottom and click on the "Upload LOI" icon.
