How to set up a Private Event

Set up your Private Event in a few steps

Step 1: Navigate to the Private Events tab on the left hand navigation

Step 2: Select Create Event

Select Create Event in the upper right hand corner

Step 3: Enter Event Details

Step 4: Invite bidders & Upload PSA

Add the bidders you wish to invite to the event by entering their email addresses. Upload your Purchase & Sale Agreement (optional).
Choose your listing - you can either select from an existing listing on Biproxi or create a new listing from scratch.

Step 5 - Select Create Event

Step 6 - You're ready to run your auction.

Once your bidders have accepted their invites, you are ready to start your Private Event on the date and time you specified.
