I never received a text verification code

We require a text-based verification code when you sign up for a Biproxi account, but sometimes they don't come through.

If you entered a phone number but never received a text-based verification code during sign up, there could be a number of reasons for this error. Some of the most common are:

  • You entered the wrong phone number
  • You entered a phone number that does not support text messages (land line)
  • You entered an international number (Biproxi only supports US numbers at this time)
  • Our texting service is down

If you need to enter a new phone number, click the "I didn't receive a code" button, then click the "Edit phone number" button. This will navigate you to the previous step, and you can re-enter your phone number from there.

If you are 100% sure that you entered the correct number, but you still haven't received a text after 2 minutes, click the "Text me again button" after clicking the "I didn't receive a code" button. This will prompt our system to send out another code to you ASAP.

If you still have not received anything, it could mean that our text verification service is down. Please click the chat icon in the bottom left corner of your screen to let one of our support representatives know so that we can fix it quickly.
