How to revise your offer on a listing.
At any time, you can revise and replace a previous offer that you've made on a Biproxi listing. There's a few different ways to do this:
Log into Biproxi and click the "Offers Sent" tab on the left side navigation. Find the offer you'd like to revise and click the "Revise Offer" button.
This will pull up the offer window. You can go through here and enter all new offer details and then click the "Revise Offer" button at the bottom of the window.
This will immediately replace your previous offer, and notify the Broker that a revised offer has been sent.
Alternatively, you can also navigate back to the original listing page, and click the "Revise Offer" button that has replaced the "Make Offer" button that was there previously.
