Learn how to submit your own LOI in addition to an offer on Biproxi
Sometimes the Biproxi Offer fields don't cover all the additional terms that you need to make the right offer on a property. When this is the case, we give you the option of adding a custom LOI as a PDF to any offer.
To do this, simply click the "Make Offer" button on any listing, enter your general terms, and then scroll to the bottom of the Offer window to the "Upload LOI" section. Click the upload button and find the proper PDF file on your computer and then upload it.
Submit your offer, and the broker will see that you have attached a custom LOI, which they can review at any time.
